We seek to partner with our clients to provide these consulting services:

• Serve as Construction Manager as Agent (CMa) in procurement of design and pre-construction services.
  • Recommend contract vehicle options to include set up of weighted factors to be considered for award selection
• Serve as Construction Manager as Agent (CMa) during the execution of construction services
  • Lead Construction Progress Meetings – send agendas, moderate sessions, record notes and file in client-provided database (CPD)
  • Conduct inspections of work and report inspection results – with extensive photos – in CPD
  • Log and route documents (ASIs, RFIs, and Submittals) moving between constructor, owner and design team.
  • Prepare, estimate, negotiate, and track construction change orders and contractor request for changes
  • Review, recommend funds release, and record construction progress payments and conduct labor interviews to ensure compliance w/ prevailing wage laws.
  • Maintain Deficiencies and Omissions (D and O) list.
  • Oversee completion of all close out documents.
• Lead specialized building professionals to conduct life safety, critical electrical systems, and space utilization assessments 

Past Performance

• Oversaw GSA-funded $8.9M space renovation of 46,000 SF + exterior ABAAS work – tackled no less than 32 change orders to get high profile/high importance moved inside aggressive schedule – pushed team through myriads of challenges but met move in date – ensuring $1M per month penalties were avoided
• Led efforts to enhance chilled water capacity and relocate vital electrical room in federally-owned operational data center – this $4.2M project completed with zero downtime to computing servers.
• Led CM team charged with eyes on the $3.6M replacement of roof assembly and lighting protection system on the largest federal building in Kansas City MO -- project completed on schedule despite major disruptive weather with no disruptions to the many agencies in facility
• Served as GSA Region 06’s CM go-to for two emergency projects – oversaw construction of a SCIF and repair of roof drains inside Federal Court spaces – both projects done in weeks vs months
